The company name may be a bit of a giveaway, but this is my business. 🥰

I have been running businesses for both myself and other people for over 25 years! (I know I look so young!).

Whether that has been a franchise of a courier company across two depots employing 25 staff, a magazine Editor, or an online business teaching people how to make hand made cards.

I've even been a Practice Manager at Solicitors firms too, and if you want to know about deadlines, systems, compliance and policies, that's the place to learn!

Whilst teaching people how to make hand made greeting cards may seem pretty straightforward and even a little side hobby, when you doing it online, as a business, it becomes far less about the creative side and more and more about the marketing and strategy of it.

This covers everything from setting up websites, social media platforms and email systems. Setting up funnels and nurture sequences and getting content out there consistently. It's about planning, strategising, marketing and even doing your own accounts. In fact, I was so good at running my online business, I was recognised as one of the top performers in the world year after year. I even grew a Facebook group from 0 to 25,000 in less than a year too!

I finally realised, that I liked all the tech and admin more than I did making cards, so when I finally faced reality, I sat and thought about how I use all my skills and experience and that, is how Natalie O'Shea Online Business Support was born.

It’s not just my experience that sets us apart though. I'm a friendly, professional and efficient Business Manager, with a small team, that can adapt to your business needs.
